Maceration of the grapes at very low temperature for 16 hours, in which the free run juice is obtained, which will be fermented later at controlled temperature.
Bright raspberry color. In the nose it is intense with aromas of red fruits (red currants, cherries and strawberries) together with fine notes of rose flowers. In the palate it is very well balanced and rich with a fresh acidity that makes the wine very vibrant. In the mouth it is again very tasty, with a long aftertaste which enhances the aromas of this variety.
