Quincha Corral is Toni Sarrión’s most personal wine, so much so that he literally makes it with his own hands, pumping it over himself. It is fermented in open barrel tanks where it undergoes a micro-oxygenation that gives it a very special colour. Toni carefully selects the oldest Bobal vines planted in two very specific vineyards and thus obtains his most complex and opulent wine. A wine that will give a lot of pleasure with the passing of time. One of the best Bobal wines in our country.
