7 Txakolí Sobre Lías

Itsasmendi 7, elaborated since 2003 with two objectives; the first to elaborate a Txakoli with more body and structure from selected grapes to accompany the exquisite gastronomy of the Basque Country and on the other hand to obtain a Txakoli that could last several years in its ageing in bottle, like other wine regions of white wines with great prestige.

Obtained from a selection of grapes from 9 different plots. Three from the first week of ripening, four from the second week of ripening and two from the third week.

Golden yellow colour with greenish reflections.

Fruity and direct with sweet and mineral touches, highlighting stone fruit, pear, yellow flowers and lime blossom in good harmony with balsamic notes, including a menthol background of eucalyptus and sage.

A full-bodied, powerful, oily wine, balanced in acidity and bitterness, providing plenty of length.
