Valsotillo Reserva

This wine is made with selected grapes, only in the best years, of the Tinta del País grape variety.

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.

This wine has spent 24 months in American and French oak barrels in an underground cellar of the 16th century, at a constant temperature of 12ºC, conditions that allow our wines to age excellently and preserve their elegance and richness of sensations.

Once bottled, the wine remains in the bottle for at least one year in the underground cellar.
