Finca Calvestra

After years of research and recovery of an almost extinct variety such as Merseguera, Toni Sarrión has found the perfect recipe for bottling a Mediterranean mountain vineyard at an altitude of 900 metres without resorting to complementary varieties. Finca Calvestra is a white wine that is far from commonplace and very versatile, pairing well with a wide variety of dishes, making it a very gastronomic wine. It is available in magnum format (1.5 litres).
