Itsasmendi Txakolí Joven

Txakoli Itsasmendi is the result of a blend from the Hondarrabi zuri and Hondarrabi zuri zerratie vineyards. The geological diversity and microclimate of each plot, environmentally friendly viticulture and innovative winemaking are the factors that determine the expression of this Txakoli.

Straw yellow colour resulting from greater ripeness. Very intense aromas of white fruit such as pear, citrus and floral notes, enveloped by a fresh balsamic background. This vintage has an intense and complex nose that does not go unnoticed in a young wine. Pleasant and great attack on the palate, followed by a broad and fresh mid-palate.
