Aged on lees for 15 months, Itsasmendi Leioa Paradisuak 2021 is a txakoli made from Hondarrabi Zuri grapes grown on a single plot (Aldapa) in the Peruri area of Leioa.
This unique vineyard is dedicated to the production of a special chacolí, harvested in three distinct phases that contribute, respectively, maturity and structure, complexity and superior acidity.
