The grapes have been carefully selected according to their ripeness and parameters. Once harvested, they are cold macerated in order to extract more aromas and fruit, and then lightly pressed, with only the free-run juice, derived by gravity, being sent for fermentation. No selected yeasts have been added.
It has a straw yellow colour with greenish tones. On the nose, it is very powerful and aromatic, displaying aromas of fresh herbs and white fruits. On the palate, it is very fresh and well-structured. It has a very pleasant, slightly bitter finish typical of the variety, as well as a long aftertaste.
