The Valsotillo Blanco Albillo Mayor aged in French oak is a wine with a very thin-skinned, golden-coloured grape, with great freshness and perfect acidity.
Vineyards trained in the traditional goblet pruning system.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels in a 16th century underground cellar at a constant temperature of 12ºC.
