Pre-fermentation skin contact maceration. Gentle pressing for the extraction of the juices, then temperature-controlled fermentation at 15°C, followed by an ageing on the wines fine lees until bottling.
A bright, clean, greenish-yellow colour. Fresh and fruity on the palate with tropical fruit notes mingling with floral hints. Pleasant on the palate with good acidity. Balanced, fresh, smooth and savoury.
