A pre-fermentation cold soak with frequent pump-overs followed by a temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then run into French oak barrels for the malo-lactic fermentation and for 6 months ageing.
A medium-deep, bright, clean, vermillion-red colour. Nice clean fruit on the nose with well integrated toasty oak. Balsamic, fresh and elegant. Good structure on the palate, pleasant and silky with well integrated acidity and a lingering finish.
