Sustainable vineyard in integrated production, located in O Rosal, on hillsides at medium altitude between the Miño River and the Atlantic Ocean.
Winemaking: on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
Soil: Granitic, sandy and very permeable, which allows very fine wines to be obtained, with balanced acidity.
Atlantic climate, with mild temperatures during the summer that favour a slow and delicate maturation, as well as the preservation of fruity aromas.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow with greenish golden reflections, clean and very bright. Clear aromas of fleshy fruits (sour pineapple, apricots and peaches) with a slight vegetal background. With marked volume on the palate, unctuous, saline, with restrained acidity and a subtle finish. Mellow on the first attack, remaining linked to the palate. In the mouth it highlights the typicality of the varietal and its harmony.
