Albariño – Loureira – Caiño
Sustainable vineyard in integrated production, located in O Rosal, on hillsides at medium altitude between the Miño River and the Atlantic Ocean.
Winemaking: Each variety is harvested separately once the grapes reach optimum ripeness.
Soil: Granitic, sandy and very permeable, which allows very fine wines to be obtained, with balanced acidity.
Atlantic climate, with mild temperatures during the summer that favour a slow and delicate ripening, as well as the preservation of the fruity aromas.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow with greenish golden reflections, clean and very bright.
The bouquet is open, of medium-high intensity, with herbal and fruity aromas. The flavour is strong, full and long-lasting, with balanced acidity. It is tasty and has a pleasant aftertaste, with menthol and balsamic nuances.
Gastronomy: Seafood, fish, poultry, rice, fresh cheese.
