Carbonic maceration with whole clusters for 15 days and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in a truncated cone-shaped stainless steel tank. In this way, it conveys the rustic and wild character of the Hondarrabi Zuri with personality. A small passage through white clay amphorae refines this Orange txakoli that aims to pay tribute to the most ancestral way of winemaking.
