This sparkling wine from Bohigas is made from Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada grape varieties and is vinified at low temperatures, thus preserving all its exceptional notes.
It has a light straw-green colour and an alcohol content of 12%. An exquisite and pleasant drink, Bohigas Galda Semi-Seco has intense aromas of apple and pear.
On the palate, it is energising and subtly sweet, with great personality. The bubbles are small and delicate, bursting with a gentle sweetness that is never overwhelming.
