Pale yellow colour, fine, constant rosary bubbles and very persistent foam.
Very fresh aroma, highlighting white fruit (tart apple and pear) over notes of citrus peel and white flowers. In the background, spicy notes from ageing (cinnamon) and biscuit.
On the palate, it is a structured cava, well balanced with acidity that tightens the whole from start to finish. The bubbles give a creamy sensation, adding volume and smoothness to the structure provided by the acidity and enhancing the aromas of white fruit and spices that linger on the palate.
Long finish due to its sugar content.
