Grandfather Isidoro reflects the authentic personality of a winegrower loyal to his land. With his extensive experience in ageing wines and traditional winemaking culture, he has created the Valdelana Reserva.
The grapes are harvested in the second week of October, alcoholic fermentation takes place over 9 days at 26°C, followed by post-fermentation maceration with the skins for 12 days. The wine is aged in 225-litre French and American oak barrels for 24 months.
