Yellow colour with golden highlights. Extra-fine bubbles, slow and regular release. Maximum persistence of thefoam due to its long contact with the yeasts.Aromas of great complexity, blending the fresh fruitwith the compote and syrup. The whole offers along evolution, always with the freshness in the centre of theperception and advancing to notes of fine toast, dried fruits, spices (aniseed) and a certain minerality (graphite).On the palate we perceive its powerful character softened bya subtle sweetness, which together with a good structure and finebubble forms an inseparable block. In evolution,notes of pastries, spices and toast make up a product ofgreat power and projection in the glass.
