From old vines over 50 years old, whose vines have yielded less than 4 bunches of grapes.
Harvested by hand in the second week of October. Fermentation temperature 28-30ºC. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Ageing: 6 months in new French and Russian oak barrels.
