Under the guidance of Judit, the first woman in the family to train in oenology, a different profile has been created, a new vision of Rioja white wine: Valdelana Malvasía.
It is harvested in the second week of September. Cold maceration, fermentation at a controlled temperature for two weeks.
It is aged for three months on its fine lees, protecting it from oxidation and giving it volume and complexity.
