A fine blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes from 15-year-old vineyards.
Garnacha is an ideal variety for this type of wine. It is rich in extract, very sensitive to coulure, resistant to drought and many vineyard pests and diseases such as powdery mildew and acariosis.
To make the wine, a bleeding process is carried out, the first must is pressed, and fermentation begins under controlled low temperatures.
Raspberry pink in colour, it is a very fresh wine, full of energy on the palate, ideal for fish and seafood.
