Xarel·lo 50% | Macabeu 25% | Parellada 15% | Chardonnay 10%
Yellow colour with golden highlights. Extra-fine bubbles, slow and regular release. Maximum persistence of the
foam due to its long contact with the yeasts.
Aromas of great complexity, blending the fresh fruit
with the compote and syrup. The whole offers a
long evolution, always with the freshness in the centre of the
perception and advancing to notes of fine toast, dried fruits
, spices (aniseed) and a certain minerality (graphite).
On the palate we perceive its powerful character softened by
a subtle sweetness, which together with a good structure and fine
bubble forms an inseparable block. In evolution,
notes of pastries, spices and toast make up a product of
great power and projection in the glass.
